Job summary

Fleetguard Filters, a part of Cummins Filtration USA, invites applications for an experienced supply chain professional in Pune. The role emphasizes material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory optimization within a high-visibility plant environment.

The candidate should have 8–11 years of experience, a Mechanical Engineering background (B.E./Diploma) and an MBA in Supply Chain, with exposure to Oracle and advanced Excel tools. Location is Pune (Loni).

Qualifications

• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with MBA in Supply Chain.
• 8–11 years of experience in material planning, procurement, and supply chain.
• Experience with TOC, IATF/ISOQMS and ERP tools (Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Material planning as per BPR and MTO requirements.
• Coordinate among Customer, Plant, SAM, and Supplier.
• CCPM-NPD coordination and CSR-capacity-availability of regular RM.
• Inventory analysis and actions to optimize stock.
• Ensure IATF audit requirements are met.
• Quality problem analysis and resolution.
