Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants is seeking a senior Lead for the Materials Department in Chennai. The role focuses on procurement, warehousing, material planning, PPC, subcontracting, and logistics, with an emphasis on driving inventory reduction and cost savings.

Candidates should have 12+ years in materials management within Engg/IP/Automotive, with proven experience in ERP/SAP, Power BI, and MS Office, and at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Qualifications

• 12+yrs exp ENGG/IP/AUTOMOTIVE unit into MATERIALS MGMT with proven exp in PROCUREMENT, MATERIAL PLANNING, WAREHOUSING etc
• 2+yrs of Manager Exp must
• Strong skills in ERP/SAP, POWER BI, MS OFF etc

Responsibilities

• Lead Materials Dept handling procurement and warehouse management
• Oversee material planning, PPC, subcontracting
• Manage inventory, inbound/outbound logistics, supplier performance
• Drive inventory reduction initiatives and cost savings
• Utilize Power BI for analytics and reporting
