Job summary

&Done, a high-growth haircare brand tailored for Indian hair, is hiring a Marketplace Operations Associate at our Gurugram HQ. You will coordinate day-to-day marketplace activities, ensure timely PO processing, dispatches, and accurate invoicing across platforms, working closely with logistics and finance teams.

The role rewards ownership, proactive problem solving, and strong attention to detail. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in marketplace/e‑commerce operations, hands-on Excel/Google Sheets

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce operations, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good understanding of marketplace operations and order fulfillment
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High ownership and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset
• Experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc. is a plus

Marketplace Operations Associate – &Done

At &Done, we’re redefining what high-performance haircare looks like for Indian hair. Backed by biotechnology and scientific precision, our formulations are designed specifically for Indian hair and weather—delivering results global brands weren’t built to offer.

We started in salons, earning the trust of top stylists across India, and are now scaling rapidly through our direct-to-consumer launch.

Founded by Saumya Yadav (Stanford GSB ’19, IIT Delhi ’13; ex-Urban Company, ex-Udayy) and Atit Jain (BITS Pilani ’09; 2X founder – Pluss, Bulbul; ex-VC at Elevation Capital), we’re VC-backed and building a category-defining brand from the ground up.

Your Role: Marketplace Operations Associate

As a Marketplace Operations Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our marketplace channels. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely PO processing, dispatches, and seamless execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Marketplace Operations
• Coordinate closely with the logistic operations team to ensure timely PO processing and dispatches across all marketplace channels
• Proactively track pending POs and dispatches and ensure there are no delays
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth marketplace execution
• Take ownership of day-to-day marketplace requirements and drive them to closure
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Monitor inventory levels across marketplace platforms to maintain healthy stock availability and highlight potential inventory gaps or concerns
• Get involved in inventory planning across channels based on sales trends, demand, and marketplace requirements
• Work towards maintaining healthy DOH across channels
• Track sell-through and identify replenishment requirements proactively
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to minimize stock-outs and avoid excess inventory
• Invoicing & Reconciliation
• Review marketplace invoices thoroughly and ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with the Finance team for timely invoice reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies
• Track pending reconciliations and follow up with relevant stakeholders until closure
• Ensure there are no avoidable delays in payments or reconciliations
• Process Improvement & New Initiatives
• Identify operational gaps and suggest ways to improve existing processes
• Support the implementation of efficient and scalable workflows
• Contribute to new initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency
• Identify and support opportunities that can help unlock incremental revenue across marketplace channels

What We’re Looking For
