Work Mode: Full-time, 5 days from office

Jaey is India’s first size-inclusive power-dressing brand - think Raymond, but for women.

Marketplaces are a key growth channel for us (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Zilo), and we’re looking for someone to own this channel end-to-end - from execution to strategy.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how marketplaces work and wants to drive growth.

Who You Are

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly proactive
• Comfortable owning numbers, targets, and performance
• Strong problem-solver who can navigate marketplace systems
• Good at both execution and thinking strategically
• Confident coordinating with platform teams

What You’ll Own

• Managing all marketplace accounts (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Zilo)
• Ensuring smooth order flow, issue resolution, and account health

Cataloging & Listing Optimization

• Creating and updating product listings
• Ensuring accurate product information, images, and attributes
• Optimising listings for visibility and conversion
• Tracking sales, conversion rates, and product performance
• Identifying bestsellers and scaling them
• Running pricing, discounting, and assortment strategies
• Planning for events, sales, and platform campaigns
• Raising and resolving tickets with marketplace support teams
• Handling listing issues, payment discrepancies, and operational blockers
• Sharing insights and recommendations with the team
• Driving data-backed decisions

Who We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years experience in ecommerce / marketplace operations
• Experience with platforms like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Amazon, etc.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership and drive growth
