Opportunity to build and grow a series‑A startup. &Done is looking for stellar folks to join hands in building a global haircare brand. &Done is a new‑age, premium, professional haircare brand, specifically formulated and tested for Indian hair, weather, and habits, using the best actives from across the globe. 1500 stylists are using us in 300+ salons across India. We are funded by one of India’s premier VC funds.

About The Company

&Done is founded by hair‑obsessed, serial entrepreneurs Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain.

Saumya studied computer science from IIT Delhi and did her MBA from Stanford GSB, USA. In 2019, she started Udayy, an edtech startup for kids, and scaled it to $2.5M ARR.

Atit is a BITS Pilani’09 alum, 2X founder – Pluss (sold to Reliance’s Netmeds), Bulbul (sold to Good Glamm group), ex‑VC @ Elevation Capital ($4B AUM).

Both founders have been a part of the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia charter.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have worked on Beauty platforms, Marketplaces and Quickcommerce
• Responsible for working on E-commerce marketplace and Qcommerce channel partners on daily basis
• Provide complete and accurate data in the weekly and monthly meetings
• Responsible for managing product listing across ecommerce platforms
• Optimizing spends on all the paid channels and designing strategies for new user’s acquisition
• Manage basic & rich content across listings
• Drive hygiene levels like title optimization, keywords & reviews to drive sales
• Manage campaigns to drive business
• Accountable for e-commerce business across partner platforms
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Qualifications And Experience

• 3 – 5 years e-commerce work experience
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
• Ability to multitask and manage more than four accounts
• Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
