Job summary

The Stardust Studio in Gurugram is seeking a seasoned Marketplace Executive to independently manage and grow online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will set up seller accounts, optimize listings, manage catalogs, and drive sales through advertising campaigns.

You will own end-to-end marketplace operations, monitor performance, analyze reports, coordinate with logistics, and ensure smooth order fulfillment with a focus on growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
• Proven ability to set up seller accounts and optimize listings.
• Strong knowledge of catalog management, advertising, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create and set up seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Manage complete marketplace operations from onboarding to sales growth.
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings and catalogs.
• Handle product uploads, inventory management, and pricing updates.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub efficiently.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
• Run and optimize Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads to improve sales performance.
• Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics.
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
• Handle marketplace-related issues, claims, returns, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Executive for order processing, dispatches, inventory updates, and delivery-related concerns.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth customer experience.
• Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketplace trends.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Experience in account creation and marketplace onboarding.
• Knowledge of listing optimization, SEO, catalog management, and advertising.
• Understanding of inventory management and order processing.
• Experience in running Amazon PPC and Flipkart advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of marketplace operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in E-commerce, D2C, or Retail Industry.
• Knowledge of product ranking and marketplace growth strategies.
• Experience handling multiple marketplace accounts.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
