Job summary

Priyagold Biscuits is seeking a seasoned Marketplace Manager in India to drive growth across major marketplaces. You will own revenue, GMV, profitability, and market share targets while optimizing assortment, pricing, promotions, and content for marketplace visibility.

The role requires deep FMCG marketplace experience and the ability to collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Category and Finance teams to deliver results and scale profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG/consumer goods marketplace management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue, GMV, profitability, and market share.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive business growth across major marketplaces
• Deliver revenue, GMV, profitability and market-share targets
• Manage assortment, pricing, promotions, content and marketplace visibility
• Develop marketplace-specific growth and promotional plans
• Monitor and improve conversion, ROAS, fill rate, returns and profitability
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Category and Finance teams
