We are looking for a creative and growth-driven marketing professional who can help us build strong organic visibility, brand authority, and high-quality lead generation across digital platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who understands how to build audience trust, improve organic reach, and create high-engagement educational content. This role is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience in SEO, content marketing, YouTube growth, social media branding, and organic lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute organic growth strategies across digital platforms
• Improve website traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation through SEO
• Manage and grow YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles
• Plan and create high‑engagement finance and stock market‑related content
• Coordinate webinars, student success stories, and testimonial campaigns
• Work closely with trainers/faculty for educational content planning and creation
• Optimize local SEO and Google rankings for institute branches
• Monitor social media engagement and audience growth metrics

Required Skills
