Job summary

Time Hack Consulting in Bengaluru seeks a Content & Growth Manager to lead our content strategy across the website, blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp campaigns.

You will own SEO, publish high-quality content, optimize for organic search, and drive growth experiments across channels, including lifecycle communications.

If you have 1–4 years in content marketing or growth marketing, excellent writing, SEO fundamentals, and comfort with AI tools, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in Content Marketing, Growth Marketing, SEO, or Community Building.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with social media platforms and content tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva Magic Studio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the content roadmap across website, blogs, newsletters, and social channels.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Creation

• Build and execute the content roadmap across website, blogs, newsletters, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create high-quality health, wellness, preventive care, and healthcare education content.
• Work with doctors, nutritionists, and healthcare experts to create trusted content.
• Build AI-assisted content workflows to improve speed and scale.

SEO & Organic Growth

• Own SEO strategy and keyword research.
• Publish and optimize content for organic search.
• Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Monitor search trends and identify emerging healthcare topics.

Social Media & Community

• Manage social media presence and content calendar.
• Create engaging health awareness campaigns.
• Build communities around preventive healthcare and wellness.
• Drive engagement through interactive content, webinars, and expert sessions.

Growth Marketing

• Run growth experiments across channels.
• Build WhatsApp engagement journeys.
• Work with product teams on user activation and retention campaigns.
• Create lifecycle communication journeys for users.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track content performance and growth metrics.
• Measure traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years experience in Content Marketing, Growth Marketing, SEO, or Community Building.
