Sesworld Solar India is seeking an ambitious Demand Generation & Marketing Specialist to drive end-to-end lead generation across residential and commercial/industrial segments. You will own campaign setup, audience targeting, direct outreach, and lead qualification to feed opportunities to solar consultants.

The role requires hands-on experience in performance marketing, direct marketing, and demand generation, with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Canva for collateral.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing, direct marketing, or demand generation.
• Experience with solar rooftop, renewable energy, electrical equipment, real estate, or home improvement sectors is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; familiarity with CRM tracking and LinkedIn outreach.

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Demand Generation & Marketing Specialist to be the foundational marketing driver for our business. In this role, you will lead end-to-end lead generation efforts across residential (B2C) and commercial/industrial (C&I / B2B) segments. This is not a high-level theoretical branding desk job; you will own campaign setup, audience targeting, direct outreach, and lead qualification to feed qualified opportunities directly to our solar technical and sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Residential Lead Generation (B2C):

Plan, launch, and optimize hyper-local lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Search targeting homeowners. Drive community-level direct marketing initiatives, including WhatsApp broadcast workflows, society tie-ups, and localized offline activations. Monitor and optimize ad metrics (Cost Per Lead, Click-Through Rates, and Form Quality).

Commercial & Industrial Prospecting (C&I / B2B):

Map local industrial zones, commercial clusters, educational institutions, and manufacturing units. Execute outbound multi-channel outreach (cold calling, targeted email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach) to book site-assessment meetings with decision-makers. Create tailored pitch collaterals highlighting ROI, payback periods, and operational power savings.

Content & Proof Assets:

Coordinate with on-site technical teams to capture installation photos, site videos, and generation data to produce high-converting ad creatives and case studies using Canva.

Lead Management & Handoff:

Quickly qualify inbound inquiries and log them into the CRM/tracker. Coordinate seamless scheduling between interested leads and our technical consulting team.

Candidate Requirements Experience:

2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing, direct marketing, or demand generation. Industry Background: Direct exposure to the solar rooftop, renewable energy, electrical equipment, real estate, or home improvement sectors is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tracking. Basic creative skills in Canva for fast collateral and banner generation.

Mindset:

Proactive, metrics-driven, and comfortable with both digital campaign management and direct outreach.

Languages:

Fluency in English, Gujarati, Hindi and Marathi. (local language proficiency is essential for direct homeowner and vendor communication).
