The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in both digital and offline marketing, strong knowledge of SEO and Google Ads, and excellent communication skills in multiple languages. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, influencer campaigns) and offline channels (events, print, OOH, partnerships).
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost‑effective campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging and creative content across all channels.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive quality leads and conversions.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
• Organize and promote offline events, exhibitions and CSR campaigns for brand visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
• Build partnerships with agencies, vendors and media outlets for greater outreach.
• Analyze and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing (digital + offline).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising and marketing automation tools.
• Proven success in planning and executing offline campaigns (events, print, outdoor media).
• Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in CSR, sustainability or social impact marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, English and any other languages.
