Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing professional to develop new customers and business opportunities in the CRGO, electrical steel and transformer industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers in the CRGO, transformer and electrical equipment sectors.
• Generate leads through market research, customer references, exhibitions, digital channels and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transformer manufacturers, electrical equipment manufacturers and industrial customers.
• Manage enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and conversion of leads into orders.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with production, quality and technical teams to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare product presentations, technical brochures, quotations and customer proposals.
• Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel and regularly report pipeline status.
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events, customer meetings and plant visits.
• Support domestic as well as export-market business development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
• 25 years experience for Marketing Executive/Sr. Executive; 5+ years for Marketing Manager.
• Experience in CRGO / electrical steel / transformer / transformer components / electrical equipment will be strongly preferred.
• Strong B2B sales and business-development skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and digital lead-generation methods.
