Job summary

Universal Engineering Corporation is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for engineering products and proposals. You will coordinate across departments to align product strategy with market needs, manage a portfolio of prototypes, and support global initiatives.

The role requires an MBA in Marketing/Strategy, 5+ years in engineering marketing, and strong English/Hindi communication along with technical sales acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and proposal development/coordination for an engineering firm.
• MBA with a specialisation in Marketing and Strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of materials and machinery used in engineering companies, preferably in the paper industry.
• A technical and commercial profile able to combine technical knowledge with sales skills for critical decisions.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Prior management experience.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, with an expressive writing style.
• Strong technology and software skills.
