Job summary

Peacepower in Mumbai is seeking a Marketing & Business Development support professional with BE/MBA/BBA/BMS/BMM qualifications. Freshers to 2 years experience in Marketing, Business Development or Content Writing are welcome.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with AI tools, is desirable. You will assist in market research, CRM data maintenance, LinkedIn content, exhibition support, and website content updates, coordinating with Sales and Technical teams to prepare business

Qualifications

• Freshers to 2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development or Content Writing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and content creation (ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Strong written English and business correspondence skills.

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Database Management: research EPC contractors, utilities, consultants, oil & gas companies, industrial customers and distributors; maintain target customer databases in Excel/CRM; track upcoming projects; keep sector and contact details updated.
• LinkedIn & Content Support: prepare weekly content ideas, create content calendars, draft social media posts using approved technical information; track post engagement; maintain hashtag/keyword lists; prepare design briefs and product sheets.
• Exhibition & Campaign Support: prepare marketing materials before exhibitions and events; lead capture sheets and post-event reports.
• Website & Digital Support: review website content; support keyword research and content updates; prepare monthly content review reports; research competitors and collect publicly available information; prepare comparison sheets and tender documentation.
• Qualification & Experience: BE, MBA, BBA, BMS, BMM; Freshers to 2 years; capable of entering/updating leads in CRM or Excel; categorize leads by company, region and product; update lead status based on sales inputs.
