• Plan and execute Fab Meets, Mini Fab Meets, and Chai Pe Charcha sessions.
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop marketing materials and manage online/offline campaigns.
• Maintain an active online and social media presence to enhance brand recall among dealers, fabricators, and end users.
• Oversee Fab App operations and coordinate updates or developments.
• Manage website maintenance and development activities.
• Verify and monitor bulk WhatsApp messages sent for marketing and communication purposes.
• Support the sales team with pricing strategies, promotional offers, and customer presentations.
• Develop and execute attractive schemes to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients via market visits.
• Verify customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries in coordination with sales and production teams.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget and monitor monthly marketing performance.
• Present MIS reports and competitor analyses to management for strategic decisions.

• Build and strengthen the brand identity of the company and its product range in the market.
• Plan and execute Fab Meets, Mini Fab Meets, and Chai Pe Charcha sessions.
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, creatives for online and offline advertisements, technical datasheets, product catalogues, and dealer merchandise.
• Maintain an active online and social media presence to enhance brand recall among dealers, fabricators, and end users.
• Oversee the operations of the Fab App and coordinate any required updates or developments.
• Manage website maintenance and development activities.
• Verify and monitor bulk Whats App messages sent for marketing and communication purposes.

Sales Support & Lead Generation

• Support the sales team with pricing strategies, promotional offers, and customer presentations.
• Develop and execute attractive schemes to increase sales.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by frequent market visits in all areas.
• Verify the customer satisfaction surveys conducted by CSE after every fab meetings and highlight the management regarding any escalations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries in coordination with sales and production teams.

Budgeting & Reporting

• Prepare and manage the marketing budget for advertising, events, and promotions.
• Monitor monthly marketing performance and prepare reports on leads, sales support, and brand activities.
• Present MIS reports and competitor analysis to management for strategic decision-making.

8. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure that all marketing communications comply with industry standards, BIS specifications, and branding guidelines.
• Maintain records of campaigns, tenders, and key customer interactions.
• Verify the TADA report of the sales team from SNR application.
