Job summary

You will coordinate with sales and tender teams, manage campaigns, and mentor the marketing team to drive growth and brand consistency across markets.

• Build and strengthen the brand across channels.
• Develop brochures, product catalogues, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate exhibitions, expos, trade fairs, and industrial events.
• Develop digital marketing strategies for domestic and export markets.
• Manage website content and updates, plan campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and industry portals.
• Improve website traffic and lead generation; monitor SEO/SEM performance.
• Work with Sales and Tendering teams to generate quality leads and identify high-value projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, EPC companies, government departments, contractors, and infrastructure developers.
• Support proposal preparation and customer presentations.
• Conduct detailed market research for Telecom Infrastructure, Crash Barrier Projects, Solar Structures, Industrial Fabrication, Scaffolding, Transmission Line Projects, Hot-Dip Galvanizing.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team; develop KPIs and conduct reviews and training.
• Develop relationships with key clients and consultants; coordinate customer visits.

• Coordinate participation in exhibitions, expos, trade fairs, and industrial events.

Digital Marketing

• Develop digital marketing strategies for domestic and export markets.
• Manage company website content and updates.
• Plan LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and industry portal campaigns.
• Improve website traffic and lead generation.
• Monitor SEO, SEM, and digital campaign performance.

Business Development Support

• Work closely with the Sales and Tendering teams to generate quality leads.
• Identify high-value projects and potential customers.
• Coordinate with consultants, EPC companies, government departments, contractors, and infrastructure developers.
• Support proposal preparation and customer presentations.

Market Research

Conduct detailed market research for:

• Maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
