Qualifications

• 12+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in Capital Goods/Industrial Machinery.
• Tea machinery or tea industry experience highly preferred.
• Experience in Assam, North Bengal and other tea regions.
• Domestic and international business development is a plus.
• Proven leadership of high-performing sales teams.

• Experience in handling domestic and international business development will be an added advantage.
