Job summary

Rudraksh Advanced Materials Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks an experienced Marketing Manager with knowledge of industrial water treatment to develop new customers and convert opportunities into orders.

You will generate enquiries from power plants and other process industries, build relationships with plant heads and purchase teams, and coordinate with the technical team to tailor solutions. Travel across Chhattisgarh, Odisha and nearby states is required.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a good understanding of industrial water treatment processes including cooling water, RO, ETP, STP.
• Experience in marketing water treatment chemicals or related products is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for field sales to industrial clients.
• Willingness to travel within Chhattisgarh, Odisha and nearby states.

Responsibilities

• Generate new enquiries and develop business from power plants, aluminium, steel and other process industries.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.

Desired Knowledge & Experience

The candidate should have a good understanding of industrial water treatment processes, particularly:

• Cooling Water Treatment

• ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)
• STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
• Water treatment practices in Power Plants
• Water treatment in Aluminium, Steel and other manufacturing/process industries

Experience in marketing water treatment chemicals, coagulants, flocculants, or related products will be an advantage.
