You will drive brand strategy, market positioning, integrated campaigns, and premium agency partnerships, building a differentiated luxury brand aligned with digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of marketing experience in luxury real estate or premium brands.
• Strong branding track record and experience building premium brands.
• Deep knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR luxury residential market.
• Proven experience managing premium creative/branding agencies and leading teams.
• Solid understanding of AI applications in marketing, content and social media.

We are looking for a strategic, brand-focused Lead- Marketing & Brand to lead the overall marketing function for a premium luxury residential real estate business.

The incumbent will lead the marketing initiatives , drive brand strategy, market positioning, run integrated campaigns, and lead premium agency partnerships. The focus is on building a differentiated luxury brand, complementing the already existing digital and performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy: Lead brand positioning, identity, storytelling, and long-term brand equity.
• Market Expertise: Bring extensive knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR luxury residential real estate, competitive landscape, and affluent buyer segments.
• Integrated Marketing: Drive marketing strategy for corporate branding, project launches, campaigns, PR, events, and premium customer experiences.
• AI-Led Innovation: Leverage AI for creative development, content strategy, market intelligence, and marketing innovation.
• Agency Leadership: Manage reputed branding, creative, PR, media, and content agencies to deliver best-in-class output.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, manage budgets, and work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in luxury real estate, premium lifestyle, hospitality, or high-end consumer brands.
• Strong, demonstrable branding experience and a track record of building premium brands.
• Deep understanding of Gurgaon/NCR's luxury residential market.
• Proven experience managing premium creative and branding agencies and leading teams.
• Strong practical understanding of AI applications in marketing, content, and social media.
• Excellent strategic thinking, creative judgement, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
