Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Pan India marketing and sales strategies.
• Identify new customers, projects, dealers and distributors in the mining industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, drilling contractors, exploration companies and government/private organizations.
• Lead the sales and marketing team and monitor performance.
• Generate new business and increase market share.
• Handle key accounts and major customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Visit customer sites, mines, drilling projects and industry exhibitions as required.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and monthly/quarterly business plans.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead and develop our Pan India marketing and sales activities for mining, drilling and mineral exploration products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customers, building dealer/distributor networks and achieving sales targets across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Pan India marketing and sales strategies.
• Identify new customers, projects, dealers and distributors in the mining industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, drilling contractors, exploration companies and government/private organizations.
