Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Review and analyse technical reports, mine plans, and production data; prepare presentations, technical summaries, and dashboards.
• Project Monitoring: Track progress of key mining projects and activities; coordinate data submission and updates with functional heads.
• MIS & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records, reports for statutory and management reviews; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as liaison between Head of Mining Services and other departments; organize meetings and site visits.
• Compliance & Safety: Track statutory compliances; coordinate health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and support best practices; follow up on review actions.

Experience

Job Purpose:

To assist the Head – Mining Services in planning, coordination, data analysis, and monitoring of mining operations and technical functions, and to ensure seamless execution of projects, reporting, and communication

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
   • Assist in reviewing and analysing technical reports, mine plans, and production data.
   • Prepare presentations, technical summaries, and dashboards for internal and external reviews.
2. Project Monitoring:
