We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead our marketing activities, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Plan influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing activities on Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Develop promotional campaigns for new and existing products.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, sales teams, and other departments.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, sales, and marketing ROI.
• Manage brand communication, content, creatives, and promotional materials.
• Support product launches, market promotions, events, and retail marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and track competitors and market trends.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, Social Media, and Trade Marketing.
