Job summary

GEM Hospital is seeking a proactive Marketing professional to develop doctor relationships and promote services across multiple locations in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on hospital business development, referral management, and active field activities.

The candidate will regularly visit clinics and hospitals, coordinate with internal teams, and organize CMEs and health camps to drive growth. Travel across assigned locations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote hospital services, consultants, and facilities to doctors.
• Visit clinics and medical centers within the territory regularly.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for smooth referrals.
• Maintain database of referring professionals and track referrals.
• Organize doctor meetings, CMEs, health camps, and promotions.
• Prepare daily visit reports for Marketing Senior Manager.
• Achieve monthly referral targets and contribute to hospital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote the hospital’s medical services, specialties, consultants, and facilities to doctors and healthcare providers.
• Regularly visit clinics, hospitals, and medical centres within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal departments to ensure smooth referral management.
• Maintain an updated database of referring doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Track referral patterns, patient referrals, and business opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate doctor meetings, CMEs, health camps, and promotional activities.
• Follow up with referred patients and coordinate with the hospital team for a smooth patient experience.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit them to the Marketing Senior Manager.
• Achieve assigned monthly referral targets and contribute to overall hospital business growth.
