Job summary

Plus Max Foundation is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to promote hospital services and build strong relationships with doctors and referral sources. Based in the field, you will conduct visits, collect market insights, and support patient acquisition and business development activities.

You will organize health camps, promotional events, and corporate health initiatives, while coordinating with hospital departments to deliver seamless marketing and patient services.

Qualifications

• Field-based marketing experience with healthcare focus is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with doctors and referral sources.

Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building relationships with doctors and referral sources, conducting field visits, and supporting patient acquisition and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, companies, schools, and other potential referral sources.
• Promote the hospital's medical services, specialties, health packages, and facilities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential patient referral sources.
• Organize and support medical camps, health awareness programmes, corporate health initiatives, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support marketing and patient service activities.
• Collect market information, competitor details, and feedback from referral sources.
• Follow up with potential patients and corporate clients when required.
• Prepare daily field visit reports and submit weekly and monthly activity reports.
• Achieve assigned marketing and patient referral targets.
• Maintain proper records of contacts, visits, leads, and promotional activities.
• Represent the hospital professionally and maintain a positive relationship with the community.
