Job summary

Fibe in Pune is seeking a Growth Manager – Payments to drive adoption, engagement and growth of our payments programs. You will own payments growth across customer segments in a fintech environment.

The role focuses on optimizing offers, campaigns, in-app placements and new payment initiatives, while collaborating with Product, Tech, Risk, Operations, Compliance and Marketing to improve journeys and payment experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Fintech.
• Strong understanding of UPI, Cards & Bank-led Payments in India.
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
