Monk Automation is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive sales and marketing activities in the Pune and Nashik region. The role focuses on promoting automation products, building customer relationships and closing orders through proactive lead generation and presentations. The candidate should have 2+ years in automation sales/marketing, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

A B.Tech/B.E. in electrical/electronics/instrumentation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and multitask; ability to lead a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Handle marketing and sales in automation, with knowledge of control systems or process instrumentation.
• Lead enquiry generation, product selection, offer preparation, negotiation and order closure.
• Engage in direct calls and presentations to customers, consultants and decision-makers.
• Maintain relationships with major customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel to meet external clients; drive business with end users, OEMs, panel builders and contractors.
• Adhere to sales processes and obtain necessary approvals/documentation.

Job Title : Marketing Executive

Location : Pune, Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Nashik

Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced with handling Marketing in Automation and should have good knowledge of Control Systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, Stepper, Control Panel) or Process instrumentation (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature) or sensors.
• Lead/enquiry generation, selection of products, offer preparation and submission, negotiation, and order closure.
• Participate in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers, consultants, and specifies.
• Maintains personal contact with major customers to ensure an appropriate level of customer happiness is achieved.
• Market automation products, with a strong understanding of Control Systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, Stepper, Control Panels) and process instrumentation (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature).
• Generate leads, select products, prepare and submit offers, negotiate terms, and close orders.
• Adherence to sales and marketing processes and guidelines, acquiring vital approvals documentation.
• Driving business through Engaging Customers (End users, OEMs, Panel Builders, contractors) Consultants.
• Good understanding of Business processes and Sales & Marketing Processes.
• Good networking skills,capability to develop a positive relationship with key decision-makers, opinion makers in the industry
• It should be an effective communicator with analytical and technical skills, self-starter, good teamwork skills, and ownership.
• It should take care of your personal targets & your Team targets.
• Willing to travel and handle outside clients.
• Engage in direct calls and present to customers, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain close relationships with major clients.
• Drive business by engaging customers, including end users, OEMs, panel builders, and contractors.
• Develop positive relationships and effective communication with industry key opinion leaders.
• Travel to meet and manage external clients, achieving both personal and team targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in Automation sales and marketing.
• Communication: Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to reach targets.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automation products, control panels, and industry trends.
• Education: B.Tech/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/EC/IC/BE.
• Other: Willing to travel, self-management, and multitasking skills.
