Job summary

Aditya Shirts is seeking a Marketing Executive with fashion/apparel brand experience to lead brand marketing across digital and in-store channels. You will craft brand guidelines, develop social media campaigns, and coordinate in-store visuals to ensure consistent brand identity.

The role requires expertise in social platforms, ad tools, and stakeholder management, with a focus on independent prioritization and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in fashion/apparel brand marketing.
• Undergraduate degree (any stream).
• Mastery over Instagram, Facebook, Meta ads, YouTube Studio, SEO & LinkedIn.
• Proficient with Ai tools.
• Proficient with stakeholder management.
• Good communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create & execute brand building initiatives.
• Create carousel & reels for social media campaigns and ad creatives.
• Manage social media content calendar and posting.
• Review creatives for brand consistency before they go live.

• Lead photoshoot initiatives.
