Naukri E Hire Campaign is seeking a field-facing marketing professional in Kolkata to drive therapies promotion and identify new opportunities through market surveys and stakeholder feedback.

The role involves fieldwork to oversee execution of marketing strategies, monitor competition, engage KOLs, and coordinate with HO and Sales on marketing initiatives. Strong communication and insights-driven planning are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Therapies Promotion & Marketing (Communication Strategies, STP for Key products, USPs, Monitoring & Feedback)
• Identifying New Opportunities (Market Survey Meeting consultants/customers/Team Feedback Secondary & Primary source, New Products Launches)
• Field Work (To oversee execution of products/therapy marketing strategies, Understand Competition, Clinical Trends, Meeting Selected KOLs Higher level of scientific communications on products FABs, understanding Customer preferences, views, Conferences Participation, New Ideas, Better Alignment of HO and Sales on Marketing Aspects)
• Monitoring of Marketing Information System (Market Size, Growth, Trends for products, Therapies, Dr Calls, KoL Meeting, Promo tools utilizations, Feedback)
• Product Query Handling (Timely Replies and feedback to team, customer queries, Co-ordinate with consultants)
• Corporate Branding through Conferences
