Job Responsibilities

• 1 Develop and implement marketing automation strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that align with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
• 2 Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, content creation, and campaign analysis.
• 3 Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms, such as Lusha, Apollo, ZOHO CRM, HubSpot, to ensure effective lead nurturing, scoring, and attribution.
• 4 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content teams, to create integrated campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• 5 Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, such as conversion rates, open rates, click-through rates, and ROI, and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
