Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and brand across target markets
• Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, exhibitions, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and promotional material
• Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners
• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media)
