Role Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that promote hospital services and enhance brand visibility in the Greater Patna Area. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing local healthcare demand, and supporting the development of targeted marketing campaigns. The role involves coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, managing promotional activities, overseeing on-site events, and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and community partners. The Marketing Executive will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data and customer feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Patna Area.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• A BBA/BBA in Marketing, B.Com, BBM, or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare/Hospital Management can be suitable.
• An MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an advantage, but may not be mandatory for an Executive-level position.

Experience

• Typically 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare marketing, physician relations, community outreach, or local‑area marketing would be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also be considered by some hospitals.
