The role requires the ability to explain technical details clearly, readiness to travel, and proficient MS Office skills. You will coordinate with engineering, logistics and finance to process inquiries, quotations, orders, and trade-show participation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and visit distributors.

• New Order Feeding
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned region/market.
• Attending Customer Complaints
• Collection & sharing of Customer feedbacks & inputs
• Payment & Outstanding Management
• Report preparation & Inquiry Management
