Job summary

Maximus Global Consulting Services seeks a professional to drive sustainability certification outreach for residential, commercial, and urban infrastructure projects. You will shape campaigns, coordinate with stakeholders and deliver compelling membership programs.

Based in India, you will lead market analysis, conduct events, and work with central ministries and development agencies to expand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote sustainability certification for construction projects (Residential, Commercial, Urban Infrastructure).
• Develop and execute membership drive strategies to acquire new members.
• Design engagement programs for existing members and campaigns for communications.
• Coordinate with Central Ministries, State Departments and Development Agencies.

Job description

Promotion of sustainability (Environment Friendly) certification to construction projects including Residential, Commercial, Urban Infrastructure etc. This includes market analysis, participating in customer reach out events, meetings with key stakeholders, developing and executing:

• Membership Drive strategies for acquiring New members
• Engagement programs for handling existing members
• Campaigns and creative briefs for marketing/membership communications,
• Conducting awareness and networking programmes, etc.
• Co-ordination with Central Ministries, State Departments and Development Agencies.
