Job summary

Nibav Lifts is seeking a Marketing Automation specialist to plan and execute campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp and web push. You will manage automation workflows, coordinate with content and design teams, and help scale customer engagement.

The role requires hands-on use of tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot, experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and tracking metrics such as open rates and conversions. Immediate joiner or within 15 days preferred.

Qualifications

ROLE : MARKETING AUTOMATION

• Assist in planning and executing marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and web push notifications.
• Support bulk campaigns, ad-hoc communications, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Implement basic drip campaigns and automated workflows.
• Manage and maintain marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Upload, segment, and manage contact databases.
• Create and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.
• Track and analyze key campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
