One of our esteemed clients is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Marketing Associate based in Pune.

Proposed Monthly Salary: Rs. 15,000/-

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and market trends.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Manage social media accounts and assist in creating engaging content for various platforms.
• Assist in updating the company website including updating relevant content and ensure its effectiveness and images, as needed and assist in maintaining it.
• Utilize basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing assets for social media post and banners.
• Support the marketing team in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, and design for sales collaterals.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and other digital platforms.
• Support the marketing and presales team in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, and managing databases.

Qualifications

• 6 Month’s - 1 Year of Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Knowledge and experience of graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, etc.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in presales or marketing or related fields is a plus.
