Key responsibilities and requirements for the Senior Executive Human Resource role, focusing on employee relations, generalist duties, employee engagement, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution:
  • Assist in planning and running digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support social media management and daily content posting.
  • Help execute email marketing campaigns and track performance.
  • Coordinate with design teams for marketing materials.
• Content Creation:
  • Draft engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and website.
  • Conduct research to support marketing content and ideas.
  • Assist in creating marketing presentations and product collaterals.
• Market & Competitor Research:
  • Gather insights on trends, audiences, and competitor activities.
  • Support analytics tracking and reporting.
• Event & Campaign Support:
  • Support the planning of webinars, events, and product launches.
  • Assist in marketing campaign coordination and execution.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Track KPIs such as leads, engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Qualifications
