About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and data-minded Marketing Associate with 1+ years of experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will play a key part in driving multi-channel marketing initiatives, crafting compelling social content, and managing core inbound efforts like webinars, podcasts, and newsletters to elevate our brand presence and drive lead generation.

Note: Exceptional communication skills and hands-on creativity/social media expertise are absolute must-haves for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Creative Content: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.), while conceptualizing brand collateral (graphics, brochures, web copy) to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
• Inbound & Community Engagement: Lead and execute high-impact inbound initiatives, including producing and managing webinars, podcasts, and recurring email newsletters.
• Campaign Development & Sales Support: Collaborate on building and running data-driven marketing campaigns across digital, content, and PR channels while supporting the sales team with lead generation and marketing automation workflows.
• Media & Influencer Relations: Develop and nurture strong working relationships with key media partners, industry influencers, and external collaborators.
• Analytics, Research & Budgeting: Monitor campaign and social performance metrics to optimize ROI, perform market and competitor research to identify trends, and assist in managing marketing budgets for efficient spending.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing, social media, or content marketing role (Media background preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong storytelling capabilities.
• Social Media & Creativity: Proven track record of managing social channels, creating engaging visual/written content, and executing creative ideas.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
• Basic working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing analytics.
• Direct experience producing or hosting webinars, podcasts, or email newsletters.
• MBA or Masters degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
