Job summary

Aramya is seeking a sharp, driven Marketing Associate to support paid media efforts across Meta and Google platforms. This execution-focused role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn paid media and grow in a high-performance team.

You will assist in running campaigns, track KPIs, and coordinate with design/content teams to source creative assets while supporting influencer operations and cross-functional marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a D2C brand.
• Experience handling paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics.
• Should be from a D2C brand/company with no agency experience.
• Program management skills are necessary.
• Comfortable with CAC, CTR, and related ratios.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution and daily management of campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Track marketing KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) and maintain weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to source creatives for paid and organic campaigns.
• Support campaign research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting.
• Assist with cross-functional marketing tasks, including offline campaigns, website merchandising, influencer operations, etc.
• Support in managing influencer campaigns.

• Should be proficient with Google Sheets and AI tools such as GPT and Claude.
• Should have some exposure to CRMs/OB systems.
