Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.

2. Content Creation

• Create engaging posts, captions, graphics, and promotional content tailored to different platforms.
• Develop creative ideas to strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.

3. Video Editing

• Edit and produce high-quality reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and brand videos.
• Add transitions, effects, subtitles, music, and other creative elements to enhance video quality.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.

4. Community Engagement

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand presence.

5. Strategy & Trends

• Execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes.

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

7. Influencer Collaboration

• Identify and connect with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors for potential collaborations.
