Job summary

WorldEmp in Mumbai is seeking an experienced coordinator to manage the annual marketing calendar, publish weekly content, and oversee WordPress-driven updates to the company site. The role also covers scheduling social content, coordinating newsletters, and tracking deadlines with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years in project coordination or marketing operations, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with ClickUp, Monday.com, and WordPress.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, campaign coordination, communications, or a similar role.
• Strong planning, organisation, and follow-up capabilities.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organisation is preferred.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working with project management tools like ClickUp, Monday.com, Microsoft Planner, etc.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe InDesign, Figma, or HubSpot is advantageous.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools like Meltwater

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual marketing calendar and coordinate weekly content publications.
• Oversee content schedules and website publishing using WordPress.
• Schedule and maintain social media and content calendars.
• Coordinate the monthly internal newsletter and update SharePoint.
• Track deadlines and follow up on stakeholder inputs and dependencies.
• Manage workflows and task assignments with ClickUp or similar tools.
• Identify project delays and elevate risks as necessary.
• Work with internal and external teams, taking over agency tasks gradually.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for various channels.
• Maintain marketing documentation, including templates and trackers.
