Job summary

Worley is seeking a Marine & Coastal Designer Level I to work with our team on complex projects. You will develop 2D drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) and translate sketches into precise technical drawings.

You will collaborate with engineers and project managers, and prepare layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed views for construction. Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks is desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil with proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Microstation).
• 5–15 years of experience in marine structures.
• Strong technical knowledge for producing drawings as per standards and practices.
• Good communication and work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, S3D, E3D).

The Role

As a Marine & Coastal Designer Level I with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• Should be able to develop 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation.


• Must be able to Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations into precise technical drawings.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil with proficiency in CAD software. (Autocad, Microstation etc).


• 5-15 years of experience in marine structures.

• Good communication and work effectively in a team environment.
