Job summary

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. seeks a Team Member for manufacturing in Visakhapatnam. You will ensure availability of machines and materials to meet the production plan while adhering to safety norms and cGMP practices.

Graduation in any discipline is required with 5-7 years of experience. Responsibilities include online documentation (BMR, PAS|X, SAP) and equipment qualification in expansion areas, plus material dispensing.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• 5-7 years of overall work experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety norms, policies and procedures.
• Ensure availability of machine and materials to meet production plan.
• Maintain cGMP practices in production area including line clearance.
• Participate in dispensing raw materials, CIP/SIP and batch manufacturing.
• Document online in BMR, log-books, PAS|X and SAP per GDP.
• Qualify equipment in expansion area.
• Dispense/receive raw materials and consumables from stores.
• Close BMRs and exceptions online in PAS|X.

Roles & Responsibilities

Adhere to the safety norms, company policies and procedures.

To ensure the availability of machine and material to achieve the production plan in his area of work.

Maintaining cGMP practices in production area including line clearance before related activities.

Responsible for activities related to compounding related activities like Dispensing Raw materials, CIP/SIP activities, batch manufacturing activities.

Responsible for activities like online documentation in BMR, log-books, PAS|X and SAP as per Good Documentation Practice.

Responsible for Qualification of equipments in Expansion area.

Dispensing/receipt of Raw materials, PPM and consumable as required from warehouse/engineering stores etc.

Online closure of BMR’s and exceptions in PAS|X

Qualifications

Educational Qualification Graduation in any discipline.

Minimum Work Experience 5-7 years overall experience.
