Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations on the shop floor, ensuring GMP compliance and safe, efficient batch execution.

You will coach operators, manage packaging and labeling, review BMR/BPR, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Candidates with 2–8 years in FMCG/cosmetics and a B.Sc./B.Pharm are preferred; relocation and learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: B.Sc./B.Pharm
• Minimum work experience: 2 to 8 years
• Background in FMCG/Cosmetics preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
• Troubleshoot equipment on the shop floor and ensure maintenance.
• Coach and guide operators, monitor productivity, and ensure safety.
• Perform batch execution in semi-solid manufacturing and packaging.
• Review and ensure accuracy of BMR/BPR and logbooks.
• Maintain product quality through adherence to cGMP.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations, including guiding and coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders.

" Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for overseeing execution of day-to-day production activities.
• You will be responsible for equipment trouble shooting at shop floor.
• You will be responsible for guiding and coaching employees, monitoring their productivity, and overseeing regular equipment safety and maintenance.
• You will be responsible for performing batch execution inSemi-solid (FMCG, Cosmetic and dental) and packaging.
• You will be responsible for execution and review of Documentations, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Production Records) and Logbooks.
• You will be responsible for ensuring product quality by maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• You will be responsible for handling semisolid manufacturing ,bottle packing, tube filling and bulk packing activities.
• You will be a training coordinator through LMS (Learning Management system).
• You will be responsible for initial investigation of incidents.

• Candidates should preferably be from the FMCG/Cosmetics industry background.
