Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. invites applications for a Team Member - Manufacturing (Cosmetics) to oversee day-to-day production activities, guide staff, maintain equipment safety, and execute batch manufacturing and packaging.

The role involves reviewing documentation (BMR/BPR), ensuring product quality under cgMP, and coordinating training while supporting semisolid manufacturing, bottle packing, and related processes. Prior FMCG/cosmetics exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: B.Sc./B. Pharma.
• 2 to 8 years of experience; FMCG/Cosmetics background preferred.
• Proactive approach to solving manufacturing challenges.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
• Troubleshoot equipment and supervise staff performance.
• Guide and coach employees; monitor productivity and equipment safety.
• Perform batch execution in semi-solid cosmetics and packaging.
• Execute and review BMR, BPR, and logbooks; ensure cgMP compliance.
• Handle semi-solid manufacturing, bottle packing, and tube filling.
• Coordinate LMS-based training and conduct initial incident investigations.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations, including guiding and coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for overseeing execution of day-to-day production activities.
• You will be responsible for equipment trouble shooting at shop floor.
• You will be responsible for guiding and coaching employees, monitoring their productivity, and overseeing regular equipment safety and maintenance.
• You will be responsible for performing batch execution in Semi-solid (FMCG, Cosmetic and dental) and packaging.
• You will be responsible for execution and review of Documentations, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Production Records) and Logbooks.
• You will be responsible for ensuring product quality by maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• You will be responsible for handling semisolid manufacturing ,bottle packing, tube filling and bulk packing activities.
• You will be a training coordinator through LMS (Learning Management system).
• You will be responsible for initial investigation of incidents.

Qualifications

Educational qualification B.Sc./B. Pharma

Minimum work experience 2 to 8 years of experience - Candidates should preferably be from the FMCG/Cosmetics industry background.

• Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in manufacturing processes.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment.
• Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Effective communication and training skills for user departments and service providers.
