Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking an experienced production operations lead to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities in our Solan facility. You will guide and coach shop floor teams, ensure equipment safety, manage batch manufacturing and packaging, and review documentation to maintain product quality.

The ideal candidate has a B.Sc./B. Pharma and 2–8 years in FMCG/cosmetics manufacturing, with strong teamwork, communication, and process improvement skills.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./B. Pharma required.
• 2–8 years of manufacturing experience.
• Prefer FMCG/Cosmetics background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
• Guide and coach employees, monitor productivity and equipment safety.
• Perform batch execution and packaging, review documentation.
• Ensure cgMP compliance and maintain product quality.
• Coordinate training and manage incident investigations.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations, including guiding and coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for overseeing execution of day-to-day production activities.
• You will be responsible for equipment trouble shooting at shop floor.
• You will be responsible for guiding and coaching employees, monitoring their productivity, and overseeing regular equipment safety and maintenance.
• You will be responsible for performing batch execution in Semi-solid (FMCG, Cosmetic and dental) and packaging.
• You will be responsible for execution and review of Documentations, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Production Records) and Logbooks.
• You will be responsible for ensuring product quality by maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• You will be responsible for handling semisolid manufacturing ,bottle packing, tube filling and bulk packing activities.
• You will be a training coordinator through LMS (Learning Management system).
• You will be responsible for initial investigation of incidents.

2 to 8 years of experience -

• Candidates should preferably be from the FMCG/Cosmetics industry background.
