Qualifications

• Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical.
• Diploma General Experience 12+ Critical Experience.

• Lead a team of 8+ Officers and 100+ manpower.
• Establish efficient manufacturing systems and technologies for competitive advantages.
• Drive operational cost reduction initiatives and establish new product process technologies.
• Enhance plant productivity by focusing on KPIs of manufacturing operations.
• Involve in facilitating Lean Production System.
• Manage QA processes and ensure quality objectives are met.
• Develop action plans for customer complaints with follow-up and reporting.
