ITC in Gandhidham, Gujarat seeks a BE/B.Tech engineer with 2–5 years of shop floor experience to manage production and quality adherence in a shift. The role requires coordinating raw material and packaging availability, implementing ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA, and driving OEE improvements while ensuring statutory compliance.

Experience in packaged food manufacturing is preferred; familiarity with SAP or similar systems will be advantageous for daily operations and optimization.

Role & responsibilities

Key Deliverables

• Handle production and quality adherence in a shift in a third party manufacturing unit
