Job Summary

Product designing, creating manufacturing drawings for castings and machining to ensure efficient production of high‑quality products.

Responsibilities

• Drawing release and control
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Create manufacturing and process drawings
• Support new product introduction and manufacturing feasibility studies
• Support standard customer inquiries regarding technical specifications
• Work on ECR/MOC for effective implementation of change management
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, CREO, etc.)
• Create General Arrangement (GA) drawings
• Create Assembly drawings
• Create Detailed Casting and Machining drawings
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (PD&E, Sales, and Application)
• Cost management: identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising product quality
• Project management
• Layout design and automation
• Space utilization: efficiently use available space to maximize productivity and minimize waste
• Workflow optimization: design layouts that streamline processes and reduce movement, handling, and transportation time
• Metrics: drawing release and control, number of drawings released, on‑time drawing release, project management, cost reduction, atomization
