Job summary

Effingut Brewerkz is seeking an experienced IT Operations/Infrastructure Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of POS, ERP, networking, servers, and hardware across all outlets, corporate offices, and brewery units.

You will lead end-to-end IT operations, manage vendor relationships, implement new systems, ensure data security, and train outlet teams while traveling to locations as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Operations / Infrastructure Management.
• Restaurants, QSR, Hospitality, Brewery, or Retail chains preferred.
• Hands-on with ERP systems, POS systems, networking, and hardware management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking fundamentals, and IT support operations.
• Ability to manage multi-unit operations efficiently.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning of POS systems, ERP platforms, networking, servers, hardware, and software applications.
• Manage end-to-end IT operations across all outlets, corporate offices, and brewery units.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including internet connectivity, CCTV systems, firewalls, routers, switches, and access controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, AMC management, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
• Lead implementation and rollout of new IT systems, upgrades, and process automation initiatives.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for operational and business-critical issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and minimize operational downtime.
• Maintain data security standards, backups, system access controls, and compliance protocols.
• Support integration between POS, ERP, finance, inventory, and reporting systems.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset registers, and infrastructure records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technology needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Train outlet teams and users on IT systems, processes, and best practices.
• Travel to outlets and project locations whenever required.

• Experience in Restaurants, QSR, Hospitality, Brewery, or Retail chains preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, POS systems, networking, and hardware management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking fundamentals, and IT support operations.
• Ability to manage multi‑unit operations efficiently.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
