Job summary

The Grand Continent is seeking an experienced IT Operations Executive to support hotel properties across Tamil Nadu. You will maintain PMS/IDS systems, handle network and hardware issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless IT services.

The role requires 3–4 years in hospitality IT, strong problem-solving, and the ability to travel between properties. You will work proactively with property teams to uphold IT standards and security practices.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of IT operations experience in hospitality.
• Hands-on with hotel software applications and IDS systems.
• Exposure to Hotelogix PMS is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across properties.
• Knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, biometric devices, and user support.
• Experience in vendor coordination and IT asset management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple hotel locations.

• Support onboarding/offboarding activities, user account management, and access controls.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation.
